Submit a request on our website or contact us on Telegram or WhatsApp: specify the dates, number of people, and desired activities. We'll confirm availability, select a program, and send you an invoice for prepayment.
We accept 100% prepayment for your tour. If for any reason you are unable to make full payment, please contact our manager for a customized offer.
Typically: a certified guide, transportation as per the program, insurance, route planning, and excursion support. Additional costs include accommodation, meals, tickets/lift passes, and equipment rental (depending on the program). Each tour page lists what's included and what's not.
Bank card, bank transfer using bank details, or for legal entities, an invoice agreement. Foreign currency payments are available upon request.
Yes. We put together groups and help people find their "group" based on their interests.
Yes. You can order an electronic or printed copy, with an open date and a personalized design.
Murmansk Airport (MMK) or the train station. We can arrange a roundtrip transfer upon request and meet you in the arrivals hall.

Most of our partner hotels offer special rates for guests booking with us.
- All tours include bottles of water for the trip.
- Water and snacks are included on the Aurora Hunt.
- Lunches are included on the turnkey tours. If your hotel offers breakfast, you'll only need to pay for dinner.
On group tours, we reserve tables at cafes and restaurants along the route.
Picnics, local cuisine, and tastings are available upon request.
For private tours, we either include lunch for the entire group or reserve tables at the best restaurants, and the group chooses from the menu.
Our Aurora photography season runs from August 20th to April 10th (yes, almost eight months).

Yes, the Gulf Stream keeps the Barents Sea from freezing, and we go sea fishing year-round. We schedule our trips based on the weather and sea conditions.

Yes, you can. However, travel insurance only covers those with a snowmobile/ATV license. It's also possible to travel with an instructor as a passenger.
For city and sightseeing tours, yes (we adapt the pace). Active tours have age restrictions, which we confirm at the booking stage.
There are no guarantees — it's cosmic weather. But we carefully forecast, make night trips, change locations, and maximize our chances. During the preparation phase, we monitor forecasts and travel to the "windows" of visibility. We do everything we can to see the northern lights.
Yes. Our hunt includes the work of a professional Auroras photographer.

No one can promise whales. Even during "whale season," which coincides with schools of capelin approaching close to shore, no one guarantees an encounter with these underwater giants. And the "whale seasons" themselves are unpredictable — some years they're in winter, others in summer. But there's a chance (yes, a chance) of seeing dolphins, bird colonies, and seals at any time of year. Our captains always strive to do their best for our guests.
Yes. We have English-speaking guides on our team. We can arrange bilingual groups upon request.
Carefully. Our Leave No Trace principle: we don't leave any trash, don't disturb animals, and respect private property and indigenous cultures. We only take husky sleds to trusted locations where dogs are loved and cared for. We only ride huskies and reindeer on snowy ground (approximately from December 1st to April 15th). We'll have a more precise estimate closer to the date.

In cities, it's definitely there. In the tundra and along the coast, coverage is weak or nonexistent in places. Megafon has the best long-distance coverage in the region.
